Law in politics

Law and politics are inseparable. They are the subset of Government. Government is a union made from law, politics and people. Law can be defined as set of rules and regulations that Governs a country and Politics can be defined as an area or subject which leads a person to think for the welfare of people. This was the traditional definition of politics the modern definition will replace the social welfare with self-welfare. Various scams and scandals are the results of same modern definition of politics. They Instead of thinking about the welfare of poor people indulge in earning profits for themselves as can be seen from an example of National rural employment guarantee scheme in which the money sent for the beneficiaries are being used by various officers in rural areas of states like Tamil nadu and Andhra Pradesh. People are starving and dying but the corrupt politicians are indulged in filling their own pockets. A survey conducted by Election regulation watch [ERC] revealed kamal nath as the richest cabinet minister with a wealth of 222 crores, and many more politicians are there in the list and it also shows that 90% of their wealth is earned after becoming the cabinet minister. The results clearly shows that they are following the laws of the modern definition of politics like a  law abiding person, India is a democratic country which is by the people and for the people. So before elections many legislations are passed just to influence a large number of public to gain vote and once they comes into power they forget everything and indulges themselves in corrupt practices. They take money and adjourn the motions of parliament. As revealed by sushma swaraj that they halt the parliament motion and adjourn it in consideration for money. In following the path of modern definition of politics ministers are misusing the laws. Because of such benefits many people are trying to enter the game of politics like Ramdev baba {BJP used him very well}, Anna hazare {thinking about the welfare but he does not know that the lokpal bill of anna team is so weak, even weak than the Government’s}. But I would like to support Irom sharmila, who is fasting from a period of 10 years for a noble cause. She is fighting for the removal of Arms forces special powers act from the areas of Manipur . It is a very brutal kind of legislation under which the soldiers and policeman will not be held liable for any atrocities and crimes like rape and all committed by them.
The Good example of Law in politics is a demand for the separation of Telangana state from Andhra Pradesh. It is Telangana rashtriya samiti chief chandrashekar rao who wants to come into power. They are playing politics influencing people that It will develop the telangana region and wants a legislation to be passed regarding its separation from Andhra Pradesh. Which is almost impossible, even measures are being take for its development. The telangana area will not be able develop if separated from Hyderabad, and Hyderabad is no way going to be included in telangana. The bifurcation will create many problems but yes it will fill the pocket of chandrashekar and all the activists of TRS.
Law has changed its form as per the definitions of politics and it will keeps on changing except the basic structure of the constitution, which cannot be changed in any circumstances as laid down in the keshwananda bhartiya case.
